ATLANTA, Ga. — September 2, 2026 — Gigstreem, a leading provider of managed connectivity and property-wide WiFi solutions for multifamily and commercial properties, today announced its combination with Aerwave, creating a next-generation managed WiFi platform that will transform connectivity across the real estate industry. The two trusted companies are creating one stronger organization with the scale, expertise, and innovation to advance how multifamily communities connect and operate.
Demand for enterprise-grade, portfolio-wide connectivity has accelerated as the NMHC Top 50 property managers have grown their collective portfolios by more than 60% over the past decade, consolidating purchasing decisions with fewer, larger operators who need a single partner capable of delivering consistent service at national scale. The combined Gigstreem-Aerwave platform is built to meet that demand, pairing broader operational capacity and deeper engineering expertise with a footprint spanning29 states, 54 markets, and 204 cities.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financial advisor to Gigstreem and Bank Street served as the exclusive financial advisor to Aerwave in connection with the transaction.
